When will I receive my order of an in-stock item? 

We deliver by door-to-door courier to major centres in South Africa in two - three business days. Outlying ares can take a day or two more. International orders take two - four weeks on average. Please contact us if you have a specific time frame or can’t track your order.

When will I receive my pre-order?

We always try to make an approximate time of arrival for our pre-orders clear in our marketing, on our website, and in our follow-up emails. Please check any of these or contact us directly for a more specific answer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, unfortunately couriering heavy books from South Africa isn’t cheap but we do absorb a little of the cost ourselves to make it as affordable as possible for our customers. You can get an estimate by proceeding to checkout with the books you’d like to order. The system will calculate a cost based on your address and order size. 

I don’t want to pay by credit card. How else can I pay?

At the Payment Method during checkout, there will be an option to select Bank Deposit. Alternatively, contact us and we can send you an invoice for EFT payment.

How do I use my discount code?

The option will be available during the Payment Method part of checking out.

Can I change my address after I’ve placed my order?

There are no options to do this unfortunately, but contact us and we will request a redirect to your new address with the couriers.

I’m having a problem with the OTP system on PayFast. What can I do?

You can go back and instead elect to pay by Bank Deposit, or contact us and we will place your order for you and email you an invoice for EFT payment.
