Was a hit with our kids
A great idea and a bit hit with our girls (6, 10).
The only downside is that contrary to the picture, there is only 1 colour sticker included. It would be great if there were 2 or 3 different colour stickers so that kids could share the booklet and each keep track of what they had seen.

This was such a hit for my 6 year old. It actually made him engage and look for animals, and birds.

Aanwins vir Kgalagadi se voëls.
Die voëls gaan baie makliker erkenbaar wees deur die pragtige fotos in die boek.

This is a "paged" map that shows a different route on each page - it doesn't connect together into one big map, so it's a little different to how most maps work. It's a nice idea, especially in a park like the Kgalagadi with a limited number of routes.
Unfortunately many of the distances are inaccurate and we found the free map given out at registration much more helpful. (And it also had added extras like total distances, driving times, and animals)
Thank you. It’s a great book and my grand child loves it. But some of the pictures don't have sound eg baboon and vulture and the meerkat corresponds to giraffe sound.
